Well, this tiger's obviously angry because Fella has been taken hostage :B

It's an old shot, taken on the same day as Tigris. was, back in 2008.

He sure looked pissed, but then again, I also look pissed in direct sunlight :B

It was in a zoo. They created some sort of 'cave' for them to hide in, but one wall is made of glass, so that's really all that's between the visitors and the tigers. I was lucky that the visitors moved when they saw my camera and that the tiger was so close to the window. It's a 50mm 1.4 lens that I used, and if you have experience with that lens you know how close you have to get

This shot was taken at the same time, by the way; Tigris. =)

oh, lol.. yes, me too. :P

I'm amazed too as to how it doesn't seem that there was any glass at all, between you and the tiger!! That's super cool luck playing out. :la:

I saw the other pic. Gosh, I'm a loser for tiger and cheetah pics or any other designer cat. The light you had was just perfect... looks like early morning or sunset bu its tone. Just lovely

I was pretty much amazed myself that the glass wasn't showing either, since it was rather dirty and had scratches on it. Definitely super cool luck!

If I remember correctly it was around noon, but the light was great!
